Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes
Do I need to wear sport shoes or sneakers?
Its always best to do so. However, if you are coming straight from the beach (or elsewhere) in flip-flops or similar loose shoes, we have a good solution, as we always securely tape these to your feet for better feel and safety when driving.
What time do you open?
We are open 7 days a week. Normal high-season (June, July, August, September) times are from 09:30 am, all day long (no siestas!), until midnight. Our early and late season times are: April from 10.00 am until around 21.00h (sometimes until a little later). In May we open at 9.30 am until around 22.00 hours (or possibly a little later). Our October hours are from 10.00 am until around 20.00 hrs approximately. You can always call us on +34 636 722 752 to check.
I wear glasses, how does this work?
First you remove your glasses, and once you have the helmet on and fastened securely, you carefully put your glasses through the visor aperture. After your session, you first take your glasses off through the visor aperture, then take your helmet off.
I will probably drive at least 3 times during my vacation. Can I possibly take the helmet that I first use, back to my hotel, then use it each time I drive the karts?
Your options on this would be for us to sell you one of our brand new helmet at a great discounted price.
Besides Arrive & Drive sessions, do you have any other options for kids?
Yes we do. They can put their names down to participate in a Racing Kids Summer School kart driving day-course. These take place once or twice per week.
Do all the kids karts go the same speed?
No. We have different categories and specifically in these categories we have different speed-adjusted karts, subject to the kids expereince or lack of, etc. For the most experienced kids (or motocrossers, quad riders, natural talenters etc) they can rest assured that they will drive a kart that is quick!
Do you have a mini-bus pickup service?
No. You can get a public bus to nearby. If you take a taxi you can get some extra laps from us with your Indy Karting session. Simply ask the taxi driver for a receipt and we will give you and others with you these extra laps. More details here on the website, as well as clear information on how to get to us from various different directions.
We are a group of friends. Can we race each other?
There are two answers to this: In the Arrive & Drive sessions, you can try to beat your friends by driving quicker and overtaking them, so you are actually racing them to see who is going quicker - but strictly no contact, no pushing, no dangerous moves, etc. What you strictly cannot do is stop on track and wait for them (nor indeed significantly slow your speed down), creating a hazard for others. This is very dangerous and you must not attempt to do this or you will be immediately removed from the circuit. Absolutely no standing-starts at all time in the Arrive & Drive sessions!
I would like to race in an organized Grand Prix, but I am on my own here so I can't come up with a group of people to race with me in a Grand Prix. I really want to race though. Have you got any other options?
Yes indeed. Come by the track (or call us on +34 636 722 752) and put your name down for one of our twice-weekly races. It's as simple as that. You can also find further details in our Grand Prix section here on our website.
I see you have a separate track for 4-7 year olds, but do you have anything to entertain a 3 year old?
No we don't - although he or she will love looking at our tiny racing karts. However, 50 metres away from our track is a small kids fairground (nothing to do with us), with carousel rides etc.
